Common questions
Is there a password?
Retainer and barn galleries are sometimes password-protected for privacy — the password ships with your delivery email. Private session galleries are usually open by link only.
Can I print outside the gallery?
Yes. Full-resolution files are yours to print anywhere once downloaded. The in-gallery print shop is simply the easiest option, professionally color-matched to the edit.
